Located in a high-ceiling, industrial converted warehouse in Collingwood, Viste Cafe is a hidden gem for the locals that is boasting with character and ambiance. An Argentinian inspired concept with family recipes passed down through generations, you’ll be sure to feel the authenticity from the moment you step inside.

From traditional alfojores and cachitos filled with dulce de leche to classic, savoury empenadas, Viste Cafe will satisfy any South American craving you have. Also made on-site each week, we fire up the BBQ to bring you choripan (beef sausage with chimchuri slasa).

Pair any of our treats with a delicious coffee from our roaster, Naked Espresso. We use the Mega Choc Blend which carries aromas and profile flavors of caramel, almond, and chocolate with a nutty, smooth finish. Another specialty we keep stocked is the cold drip coffee, using single origin Naked Espresso beans from Columbia. It is meticulously strained to perfection over four hours bringing out high floral and strawberry notes.

Veronica is your neighborhood barista, an American turned Aussie who is passionate about bringing you the best quality Melbournian coffee in the area. Knowledgeable about the industry and a variety of roasting techniques, she has traveled to some of the most prominent countries known for harvesting coffee beans such as India, Costa Rica, and Africa, to gain a greater understanding of what makes the perfect cup of coffee from berry to espresso.
